About

Alice is a qualified personal trainer (2021) and is currently working towards further study and progression of her personal training skills, she has a background in personal training, specialising in weightlifting, strength performance and recovery.   Alice enjoys her work as a Rehab Coach at Active Plus, supporting clients to be the best that they can be. 

Outside of work, Alice has her own ambitions in sport, and being an athlete. She likes to go hunting, and tramping.
