About
Sarah studied Physiotherapy at Otago University in the early 1990's and has worked around New Zealand, in London and Sydney. She is now settled in locally with three children and been with Active+ for 10 plus years. Her interests are in the management and treatment of all musculoskeletal complaints, using mobilisations, massage, exercise prescription and dry needling. She also enjoys working with clients on functional rehabilitation in our gym for return to independance, work and sport following injury.
My Goals
- Run a half marathon
- Do the Rangitoto swim
- Keep up with her three children
