About us

Active Plus Silverdale is a rehabilitation clinic located in Silverdale, Auckland. You can find us within the same building as the Weiti Creek Medical Centre, that is between Pak n Save and Bunnings in Silverdale,

We have created a bespoke physiotherapy service that has onsite access to multi-disciplinary support in optimising rehabilitation for the Rodney District community.

We offer help in physiotherapy management of musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, work injuries, post-operative recovery, concussion services, return to work services and many other ACC services and private rehabilitation support. We also have a Team of Occupational Therapists that can assist with occupational health and health and safety programmes within your business.

You may access physiotherapy directly for both private and ACC related injuries (i.e. a referral is not necessary from your Doctor). We will always treat within our capabilities and refer you to your own Doctor, a specialist, or other health care provider if indicated, for further assessment and investigation.
